Dustin Koslen is an Associate Attorney who focuses his practice on providing legal counsel to school districts as a member of the Special Education, Labor and Employment, and Workers’ Compensation practice groups.

Before joining Ennis Britton, Dustin served as an Associate Attorney at Cuddy Law Firm, PLLC, in New York and Ohio, particularly in disability and education law. He also held clerkships with Eadie Hill Trial Lawyers and Albeit Weiker, LLP, where he worked with the litigation, policy development, and nonprofit management practices.

Dustin received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law and held leadership roles in the Education Law Society and Jewish Law Students Association. He received his B.A. in Public Policy Analysis from The Ohio State University
