Mr. Stedronsky is a shareholder with the firm. He has been with the firm since 2003. Mr. Stedronsky provides counsel to public boards of education on a wide range of education law issues. He focuses on all aspects of employment law, including serving as lead negotiator for many Ohio school districts. He has successfully defended school districts in arbitration matters and against charges filed in a variety of federal and state administrative agencies. Mr. Stedronsky also focuses on property valuation matters before various county boards of revision and the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals. He has experience with property transactions, including all aspects of the sale, purchase, or leasing of real property. Mr. Stedronsky also practices extensively in areas of public finance and tax incentives, including assisting school districts with the negotiation of compensation agreements connected to tax increment financing, enterprise zones, and community reinvestment areas. Mr. Stedronsky is a frequent presenter on a variety of education law topics throughout Ohio.
