Did you know there are extensive changes pending to the Ohio Administrative Code Chapter on the operation of school buses, drivers, and equipment requirements, including vans and van drivers?
Ennis Britton Consulting Group’s Pete Japikse and EB attorney Hollie Reedy are hosting a free town hall webinar for public school district staff to review the proposed changes to the rules and assess their potential impact on your program. These rules must go through hearings at DEW and JCARR before being implemented. We will discuss ways to communicate with the DEW and JCARR before the first hearing which is scheduled for February 20, 2025 at DEW. Transportation supervisors, business managers, superintendents, and treasurers are welcome.
