Join us for the 2024 Chats from the Bus Stop Webinar Series. The series is designed for veterans and newcomers alike. Ennis Britton Consulting Group’s Pete Japikse and Ennis Britton’s Hollie Reedy will take a deep dive into some of the most pressing issues and provide updates and resources on timely topics relevant to school transportation.
January 9: Using committees in the transportation office. The value and roles of advisory and accident review committees.
February 13: Do you have a driver handbook? What should be in it, what should be avoided, and who should be involved in creating the document.
April 9: A deep dive into driver qualifications. What you should look for before hiring, what records to maintain, and what documents need to be in place to keep you compliant with laws and regulations.
May 14: Getting a head start on next year’s routing. What are the deadlines, statutory requirements, and practical implications. And by the way, how does payment in lieu of transportation and a driver shortage fit into this conversation?
